Admission
Graduates and guests enter the hall from different entrances. Please remember that you and your guests must have your tickets with you when you enter. You will be escorted into the hall by the Graduation Days team immediately after entering and checking in and will then take your designated seat (further information on this will be explained in the briefing). Please arrive at the entrance as precisely as possible 45 minutes before the ceremony.
"Approximately 35 minutes before the ceremony, the designated entrance will be opened for your guests. Please ensure that your guests have a ticket and bring it electronically or printed to the ceremony: Only guests with a valid ticket can check in for the event and be allowed to participate in the ceremony. If you have a guest with a walking disability accompanying you, please note the barrier-free access to the hall. Do not hesitate to contact us if your elderly relative needs to be seated ahead of time. You or your guests are welcome to attend the ceremony accompanied by children and infants. All children and infants who require a separate chair will need a ticket. We politely ask that you refrain from bringing your four-legged family members and other pets. We kindly ask guests to take their entire wardrobe to the Apéro Hall after the ceremony, as access to the auditorium will be closed after exiting.
The graduates will ceremoniously move out of the hall. You will receive more detailed information about this in the briefing. Afterwards, we invite you and your relatives to an aperitif. We kindly ask you to leave the auditorium after the ceremony so that we can clean up for the follow-up ceremony. Your wardrobe will be taken to the Apéro Hall for you. As there is only limited parking space available, we kindly ask you to leave the car park after your ceremony so that the next graduates can find a free space.
